- butterfly - 2 sets of 10 reps at 80lbs, 100lbs
- triceps - 2 sets of 5 slow 15 sec reps
- over the head, 3 sets of 10 with 25lb dumbbell
- biceps - 3 sets of 10 reps at 25lbs
